NICU Family Reunion

We  ARE Better Together!

Our passion is bringing the NICU community together and we recognize the strong bonds that families and staff form. It is our privilege to host an annual reunion for families and staff to reconnect even after discharge. Our 5th reunion, July 23rd, 2023 was the best yet!  Hosted at Parkers Lake Park North Picnic Shelter we had over 400 people show up!  We had families and staff from NICUs throughout the Twin Cities.  NICU staff from Children's Minnesota, Masonic Children's Hospital, Hennepin Health, Maple Grove Hospital, Minnesota Neonatal Physicians, and  North Memorial Health all showed up to help make this a memorable event.... and perhaps to take part in what someday is a special tradition. 

This wouldn't be possible without the help of SO MANY PEOPLE, and we'd like to recognize and thank our co-chairs, all current NICU nurses:  Rebecca "Becky" Anderson, Emily Marker, and Breaeanna Obermann.  Special thanks to Keary Tangen for her support and creation of our memorial to babies who can't attend.
