Jeanne Mrozek, MD



Dr. Mrozek has been practicing neonatology since 1998. She is a University of Minnesota graduate with a BS in Chemistry and a degree in Medicine. She completed her pediatrics residency and a neonatology fellowship at the University of Minnesota.  Currently the Medical Director of Neonatal Intensive Care for North Memorial Health at Robbinsdale and Maple Grove , Dr. Mrozek’s previous roles include Medical Director of the NICU at Children’s Hospital Minnesota- Minneapolis campus. She is past President of Minnesota Perinatal Organization and has been a neonatal consultant for Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) Rosebud program.  Passionate about her work with the Minnesota Neonatal Foundation, Dr. Mrozek is grateful to have been selected as a May 2018 recipient of The Ellis Island Medals of Honor.

Mike Dickson

Mr. Dickson is a founding partner of the Lambert Dickson Group of RBC Wealth Management. A University of St. Thomas graduate with a BA in Psychology, he has over 25 years of investment and private enterprise experience in advising affluent families and institutions. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designee and a recognized authority in the areas of fiduciary responsibility and investment consulting. Mike is also a serial entrepreneur who has invested in several private companies in Minnesota, including Zubaz, where he was a founder and director, and a variety of technology consulting companies. He has a long history of community involvement in the Saint Paul area and beyond.

Cheryl Mattson

Ms. Mattson is a Senior Business Analyst with United Healthcare. A St. Catherine’s University Summa Cum Laude graduate, she holds a degree in education with an emphasis in mathematics. Prior to United Healthcare, Miss Mattson spent a decade as a Senior Business Analyst in the reinsurance industry. A single mother of two children, she enjoys anything hockey.

Paul Harkness

Mr. Harkness has spent 25 years in the hearing healthcare industry, and currently serves as Executive Vice President of AuDConnex, LLC.  The group delivers business services and hearing instruments to over 450 private practitioners throughout the United States.  He also is co-owner of Modern Audiology Richfield, which provides hearing healthcare to Twin Cities area consumers.  Paul is the proud father of five children including 3 year old twins Ben & Kate, born 17 weeks early, who spent 5 months in the NICU at Children’s Minneapolis.

Christine Mulheran

Ms. Mulheran is a seasoned healthcare executive and industry advisor specializing in innovative payer/provider partnerships. Ms. Mulheran's ongoing passion is to help people achieve their health goals, individually and collectively as communities of patients and consumers. Her career in healthcare has led Ms. Mulheran to diverse roles across the payer, provider and consulting landscape, ranging from early stage start-ups to Fortune 100 and global organizations.

Prior to her current advisory work, Ms. Mulheran recently held the positions of Head of Corporate Operations for Munich Re Health in the US, and President of Health Plans for Catholic Health Initiatives. On a personal note, Ms. Mulheran is mother to four lovely children including a successful NICU graduate born 14 weeks early, whose fortunate outcome serves as a grateful reminder of healthcare’s vital role in each family and community.

Lisa Oster

Ms. Oster is a marketing and communications professional with deep experience in both business to business and consumer engagement, most recently a consultant on the custom marketing team at Optum Health. Previously, she held a long-time gig as Director of Brand & Advertising with a Business to business subsidiary of Hallmark Cards in Minneapolis, MN. Ms. Oster is honored to serve on the Minnesota Neonatal Foundation board of directors, relishing the chance to make a difference through communication and connection in the lives of premature babies, their families and the medical staff who support them. Also, she was told there was no math.
